FBO III and BM-ⅢT automatic molding line in China
As the sand castings, there are several molding processes, which include manual moulding, machine molding (mechanical moulding), automatic machine molding. The automatic molding include horizontal molding and vertical molding. The famous brands include KW, disa, sinto, HWS, TOKYO, TOYO and luolamendi etc. The Japan sinto manufactured FBM-I, FBO-Ⅱ, FBO-III, FBM-IV, FBM-ⅢT automatic lines. The flask size ranges from 350*450, 480*360, 510*410, 550*450, 610*508 ， 700*600.，800*800 and 1200*1200.
Automatic casting lines can usually produce weights ranging from 1 kg to 70 kg.This line uses green sand as the sand material. They can use the oil sand core and pre coated sand core. The advantage of an automated casting production line is that it can produce very many parts in a short time,parts quality and surface roughness are more stable,our automatic casting line even can produce 1,500 tons of cast iron every month.
However, there are also some disadvantages for the auto molding line. Due to auto molding line need to use the metal pattern,the metals molds cost will be higher than manual moulding, Metal pattern usually cost
from 1400 USD to 3500 USD. Therefore, if our order quantity is less,we don’t suggest our customers to choose the Automatic casting lines,it is not economical to each of us.
So the final,according our casting experience of manual moulding and Automatic molding,the automatic molding can not completely replace the traditional manual molding process,these molding processes can be a good supplement to each other.
